Data will be stored for the duration of our contractual or legal obligations. Such data, and the
necessity to continue to store such data, is reviewed regularly in line with our data retention policy. Any data identified as redundant and not deemed necessary to carry out any legal or

can be requested at any time via the methods mentioned above.
Can I Request Deletion of My Data:
Should there be no contractual or legal obligation for us to retain data on your behalf it is with your rights as a data subject to request deletion of data held by us. Requests of this nature can be sent to the aforementioned email address.

All sensitive data is stored securely, on an encrypted server provided by Dropbox who is a cloud server provide. Dropbox also have policies directly relating to the GDPR updates and details of the safeguards and policies can be found on their website which is located at www.dropbox.com. We also store data with AWS, who are also server provider. They too have policies adhering to the GDPR legislation, details of which can be found at aws.amazon.com
