The purpose of our data collection and processing relates to the services we provide as detailed in the contracts and associated documentation you completed when you first appointed us to supply services to you. The storing and processing of personal data only relates to the legal and contractual obligations required as a result of carrying out the services we have been appointed to provide. Any personal data is collected via direct request in the form of emailed queries, question forms or similar documentation and any such documentation relating to you can be requested via an email sent to firstname.lastname@example.org outlining your request.
How Long Do We Store Your Data:
Data will be stored for the duration of our contractual or legal obligations. Such data, and the
necessity to continue to store such data, is reviewed regularly in line with our data retention policy. Any data identified as redundant and not deemed necessary to carry out any legal or
contractual obligations will be deleted in line with our data retention policy. A copy of which
can be requested at any time via the methods mentioned above.
Can I Request Deletion of My Data:
Should there be no contractual or legal obligation for us to retain data on your behalf it is with your rights as a data subject to request deletion of data held by us. Requests of this nature can be sent to the aforementioned email address.

Where We Store Your Data:
All sensitive data is stored securely, on an encrypted server provided by Dropbox who is a cloud server provide. Dropbox also have policies directly relating to the GDPR updates and details of the safeguards and policies can be found on their website which is located at www.dropbox.com. We also store data with AWS, who are also server provider. They too have policies adhering to the GDPR legislation, details of which can be found at aws.amazon.com
